With over 25 years in the saddle — from riding racehorses at 14 to competing as a professional bull rider and rodeo cowboy across the country — Patrick McKann has built a reputation grounded in integrity, skill, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by people and animals alike.
Patrick is a dedicated philanthropist and community leader. He is deeply committed to supporting veterans dealing with PTSD, leveraging the healing power of horses and the outdoors to help those who have served our country find their footing again. His work with veterans reflects the same grit and compassion that defines everything he does.
As Director of NexxusTransport, Patrick oversees strategic logistics and fleet operations across the Nexxus ecosystem — ensuring equipment, personnel, and infrastructure reach their destinations with precision and care.
As President of CowboyUp Enterprises, he personally manages horse and cattle transport, water hauling, hazmat operations, and serves as a licensed professional auctioneer. His name — The Hurricane Cowboy — was earned rescuing stranded livestock in the wake of Hurricanes Harvey and Florence, and it speaks to exactly who he is: the first one in, and the last one out.
